When players need extra attention, Private Instruction is the direction to go. As a private hitting instructor it is important for me to not only train the player but also the parents. Many times hitters do well in training and then can’t seem to transition those same results back to the game.

Hitting is a process. So many times our players are going up there with the wrong approach. Private instruction gives players the basic fundamentals of hitting, giving them confidence that they can go up to each at-bat with a plan.

As a former professional player, I had to deal with adversity. Honestly, it can be a traumatic experience if you are not successful. The skills and mindset that I learned from my experiences, I have brought back to train and engage our youth.
