Dear Client,

If you need to cancel or reschedule your private instruction session, please notify us at least 6 hours in advance.

Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled session will be subject to a 100% lesson rate cancellation fee. This fee is necessary to compensate our instructors for their time and effort in preparing for your session.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies. However, consistent adherence to this policy allows us to effectively manage our schedule and provide quality instruction to all our clients.

We greatly value your understanding and cooperation in respecting our cancellation policy. By doing so, you help us maintain the high standards of service that we strive to offer to all our students.
